The Health & Wellness Center, at Macalester College is seeking to hire two Patient Access Coordinators. This position serves as the primary point of contact for students seeking medical, counseling, accessibility and other health-related services. The Patient Access Coordinator triages within scope of their training and expertise and as guided by clinical directors while providing reception, phone answering, scheduling, electronic correspondence, and general office/operations support. Additionally, this role performs department support through management of student billing, database management, clerical duties, calendar management, and other administrative department tasks.
This is a 0.90 full-time position working 35 hours per week Monday - Friday from 9:15 am - 5 pm.

The Laurie Hamre Center (also referred to as The Health & Wellness (HWC)) offers integrated medical, counseling, disability, health promotion, and sexual violence prevention services and programs for all students and serves as a resource supporting the entire Macalester community’s effort to build a healthy campus. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a non-exempt, 0.90 FTE position with an hourly rate of $20.75 to $21.75 and Macalester’s full benefits package.
