The Assistant Director of Philanthropic Giving works to secure philanthropic support from individual donors to the College. This position solicits donors for charitable contributions of $50,000+ to secure funding for a variety of initiatives and strategic priorities of the College. Manages a personal portfolio of 75-125 alumni and donors with the capacity to give between $50,000-$250,000 and travels to defined territories within the United States on a regular basis. Conducts 100-120 one-on-one visits with donors with annual revenue production expectation of $500,000-$750,000. Works as part of the Philanthropic Giving team within the Advancement division. Moves donors through the cultivation pipeline, from qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding the gift.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid onsite schedule. This role requires 8-10 trips of ~2-4 days each to regions of the United States every year.

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $74,272 - $77,648, depending on experience.
